Can I still register if I have to wait for my company's accounting department to process a payment request?
Yes. We do require payment for all registrations prior to the conference; however you may bring payment or proof of cheque requisition with you to the conference if payment has not yet been processed. Please contact our office if you need to make special arrangements.
When is the latest I can register?
As we must confirm our numbers to the conference venue ten business days prior to the conference, please register as early as possible. However, we will never turn away registrations – we will even accept onsite registrations.
I have to cancel my registration last minute, can I get a refund or credit?
Full refunds will be given for cancellations if notice is received in writing five full business days prior to the conference. Unfortunately after that time we are unable to refund registration fees. However, substitutions will be permitted. If you have special circumstances, please contact our office.
Do you offer group discounts?
Unfortuately we do not offer any group discounts at this time.
Do you offer any multiple course discounts?
Yes. When we offer two conferences back to back with the same target audience, look for our multiple course discount offer for 10% off both conferences. You must register for both at the same time and the offer is non-transferrable. This is an advertised offer only.
Does my registration fee include accommodation?
Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Please contact the hotel directly to make your arrangements.
Can you provide me with directions to the conference venue?
Please contact the venue directly.
Can you tell me if a colleague is registered for you conference? Can you provide me with the contact information for a faculty member that spoke at one of your conferences?
In accordance with our privacy laws, we do not share any information regarding our delegates or faculty; other than to prepare a registration list for networking opportunities for conference attendees on the day of the conference.
Can I purchase a material set for a conference that takes place next month? How much are they?
As the price of the materials are determined by their content, they will not be priced or available for sale until after the conference takes place. They are usually between $150-$250. If you would like to purchase a material set, you may contact our office to put your name on a request list and we will contact you when they become available.
