The Pacific Business & Law Institute is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join its close-knit team of lawyers and professionals in its Vancouver office.  The position will be Full Time, Monday-Friday, beginning in late July or early August. Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct telephone inquiries
  • Process conference registrations
  • Provide administrative support to CEO, Programming Lawyers and Database Administrator
  • Point of contact for faculty questions
  • Assist with marketing conferences
  • Draft conference materials

Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in composed and professional manner
  • Technical proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
  • Ability to work effectively with social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to deliver enthusiastic, exceptional customer service
