Part-Time Programming Lawyer at Pacfic Business & Law Institute

The Pacific Business & Law Institute is seeking a Programming Lawyer to join its close-knit team of lawyers and professionals for a one-year contract, with the potential for renewal. The position is part-time, with the expectation that the person will work a 50-60% schedule. The position will be fulfilled remotely until it is safe to gather for conferences again.

The successful candidate will build innovative multidisciplinary courses and conferences to be offered online throughout Canada. This position offers:

The successful candidate will be a lawyer with a minimum of two years’ experience and will be dynamic, inquisitive and motivated. They will have excellent time- management, research, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and will thrive in a creative environment. Above all, they will be a team player and a collaborative team member.

The Pacific Business & Law Institute offers conferences and forums in locations across Canada each year and has been committed to researching pressing issues, trends and legal and social policy developments for over 30 years.
