How Our On-Demand Rebroadcasts Work:

Most of our past programs can be viewed as an on-demand rebroadcast. But what does on-demand mean? This means you choose a past program you would like to view, then choose which day works best for you to watch it from the drop-down calendar. After we receive your registration and payment, we will send you the links and materials 48 hours in advance of the date you have selected to view.

CPD Credits:

As of January 2019, the Law Society of BC permits lawyers to claim credits for watching accredited rebroadcast programs on their own. All PBLI programs are accredited and eligible for CPD credits. Please refer to specific programs for more information on CPD credit hours available.

Can’t Find The Program You Are Looking For?:

If there is a past program you would like to view and do not see it on the rebroadcast list; or if there is an upcoming program that you will not be able to attend but wish to watch on demand once it becomes available, please send us an e-mail at registrations@pbli.com.

How Soon Can I View My Program?:

Cut-off time for next day registrations online is 2:00pm (PST) on business days. If an online registration is made by the cut-off time on a business day, then the earliest available date is the next business day. If a registration is placed online after the cut-off time on a business day, then the earliest available date is the day after the next business day. If you are wishing to register after 2:00pm to view a program the next day, please call us at 604-730-2500 and we may be able to accommodate you.

If a registration is made on a weekend or statutory holiday, we treat this registration as having been made on the first business day following the statutory holiday.

Weekends/Statutory Holiday Viewings:

When choosing a date to watch your selected program, you will notice you cannot select weekends or statutory holidays. If you wish to watch a rebroadcast on a weekend or statutory holiday, please send us an e-mail at registrations@pbli.com.

Registering a Group:

Registration pricing is for a single viewer. If you would like to schedule a group viewing, please contact us directly for pricing information (604-730-2500 or registrations@pbli.com).

Cancellations:

Full refunds will be given for cancellations (less a $60.00 administration fee) prior to receiving the on-demand links and materials. After that time, we are unable to refund registration fees. Substitutions and date changes will be permitted.
